August's Spotlight is on...Gluten Freekz
My husband Mark was diagnosed as a coeliac 14 years ago and I had become increasingly frustrated with the overwhelming reliance on the high street supermarkets with their limited product range and their over processed offerings.
As a passionate cook and a believer in using locally sourced ingredients I decided to produce my own home baked delights for my husband.
So Glutenfreekz is not only here for people with coeliac disease, it is also here for people who have gluten or wheat intolerance, or for anyone who wishes to follow a gluten free diet for whatever reason.
Rest assured you can eat and enjoy gluten free produce from us as these are all made and handcrafted in my totally gluten free kitchen!
We freshly bake on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. All our ingredients are in their natural state we just make, bake and craft our goodies in our gluten free kitchen!
We lovingly produce a range of delicious recipes. All our pastry products are made using our own secret recipe which I have been working on for a long time and I hope you agree that I have now perfected it, but as always, I am still looking at ways to improve all the produce and this will be ongoing. They are all traditionally baked for that great authentic taste, including:
