The list can vary depending on what we have sold out of/bottled recently. This often depends on how good or bad the harvest was, how big the batch was and also what is ready at any particular time of year. On average we should have about 12-14 wines and 4-8 gin liqueurs. We may have an occasional vodka liqueur too, as we make a small batch with our Morello cherries every year.
